Faith Companion is a product of Insight Agência de Marketing LTDA (CNPJ 54.884.128/0001-94), a company based in Brazil. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means the person who buys or uses Faith Companion.

By buying or using Faith Companion you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Faith Companion is a web app for Christian adults in the United States. You use it in a web browser.

After you answer a short quiz about where you are right now, it builds a 30-day devotional plan for you. Each day has a Bible passage, a short reflection, a journaling question and a prayer.

It also includes an AI Bible study companion that you can chat with, and a journal where you can write and use the "Turn this into a prayer" button to get a prayer based on what you wrote.

All reflections, journaling questions, prayers, devotional plans, library guides and chat answers in Faith Companion are generated by artificial intelligence, using Claude models made by Anthropic. They are not written, edited or reviewed by pastors, theologians or any other person before you see them.

The companion is an AI, not a person. It will always say so if you ask. It is not a pastor, a counselor, a therapist or a doctor, and it has no spiritual authority.

AI can make mistakes. It can misunderstand you, explain a passage poorly, or say something that sounds confident and is wrong. Check what it says against your own Bible, and talk with your pastor, your church or a mature believer you trust about anything that matters.

Faith Companion does not replace your church, your pastor, Christian community or professional care.

Nothing in Faith Companion is medical, mental health, legal or financial advice. The companion does not diagnose conditions, and it does not advise you on medication, treatment, lawsuits, investments or debts.

Do not start, stop or change any medical or mental health treatment because of something you read in Faith Companion. Faith and professional care are not in competition. If you need a doctor, a therapist, a lawyer or a financial professional, please see one.

Faith Companion is not a crisis service and it is not monitored by people in real time.

If you are thinking about suicide or self-harm, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911.

You must be 18 or older to buy or use Faith Companion. By using it you confirm that you are. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly allow them to use it.

Faith Companion is offered to people in the United States.

There is no password. You sign in with a one-time link that we send to your email address. Anyone who can open that mailbox can open your account, so keep your email secure and use an address that only you read.

Your account is for you alone. Please give us an email address that is yours and that works, because your sign-in links are sent there.

Faith Companion costs $19.90 in US dollars, paid once, plus any sales tax that applies. It is not a subscription. There are no recurring charges and nothing renews.

Payments are processed by Hotmart, the platform that sells Faith Companion on our behalf. Hotmart handles the payment, any applicable taxes and your receipt, and its own terms apply to the payment itself.

We never see or store your card number.

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase by writing to support@faithcompanionn.online. Our Refund Policy explains how. When a purchase is refunded, access to the account ends.

To keep the service working for everyone, there are limits on the companion: up to 40 messages per day and 400 messages per month. These limits exist to prevent abuse.

When you use Faith Companion, please do not:

What you write belongs to you. That includes your quiz answers, your journal entries and your chat messages.

You give us permission to store and process that content only as needed to provide the service to you. That includes sending it to our AI provider so it can generate your plan, your prayers and the companion's replies. Our Privacy Policy explains this in detail.

We do not use your journal, your chats or your quiz answers for advertising.

You can export your data or permanently delete your account and everything in it from the Account page at any time.

Bible text in Faith Companion is quoted from the Berean Standard Bible, which is in the public domain. The translation is named next to the passages.

The Bible text is not generated by AI. The AI chooses which passage to point to, and our software then looks up the verses in the Berean Standard Bible and inserts them. Everything around the Bible text, such as the reflection and the prayer, is AI-generated.

Faith Companion is set up to approach Scripture from a broadly Protestant, Bible-centered point of view.

On questions where churches disagree, the companion is instructed to lay out the main views rather than pick one, and to suggest that you talk with your pastor. Because it is AI, it may not always do this well.

Faith Companion is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any church, denomination or ministry. It does not speak for any of them.

Faith Companion is independent. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any other Bible app, devotional app, publisher or Bible translation publisher. Any names of other products or organizations belong to their owners.

The software, design and name of Faith Companion belong to us or our licensors. The content generated for you is for your personal use. You are welcome to share a prayer or a reflection with people in your life.

Faith Companion is a tool for reading Scripture, reflecting and praying. We do not promise any spiritual, emotional or health outcome. We do not promise that you will feel a certain way, that a problem will be solved, or that a prayer will be answered in a particular way.

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.

To the extent the law allows, Faith Companion is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to Faith Companion is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses that come from a decision you made based on AI-generated content.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived, or liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update features and content, and we may change the AI models we use. If we ever decide to close the service, we will give notice by email first so that you have time to export your data.

We may also update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date at the top and tell you by email or inside the app. The change will not alter the price you already paid or shorten the access period you already bought.

You can stop using Faith Companion and delete your account from the Account page at any time. Deletion is permanent.

We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, for example by abusing the service or sharing access. Where it is reasonable, we will warn you first.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the seller is established, without limiting the consumer protections you have where you live.
