Our policy
Ask within 14 days of the date you bought Faith Companion and we will refund your purchase.
There is no subscription to cancel. You are charged once, and nothing renews.
How to ask
Email support@faithcompanionn.online from the address you used to buy, and write "refund" in the subject line so we can find your order quickly.
What happens next
Refunds are issued by Hotmart, the platform that processed your payment, to the payment method you used. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
When a purchase is refunded, access to Faith Companion ends. If you want a copy of your journal or plan, export your data from the Account page before you ask.

After 14 days we generally do not refund. If something went wrong on our side, write to support@faithcompanionn.online and tell us what happened.
