The basics
Is this a subscription?
No. Faith Companion is a single payment of $19.90. You are not charged again, and there is nothing to cancel.
Who writes the devotionals?
An AI does, from your quiz answers. Nothing is written or reviewed by a pastor, a theologian, or any other person. The Bible passages themselves are quoted directly from the Berean Standard Bible by the app, not by the AI.
Which Bible translation do you use?
The Berean Standard Bible, a modern English translation that has been dedicated to the public domain. The translation name appears next to every passage.
What tradition does it come from?
Broadly Protestant and centered on the Bible. On questions where churches disagree, such as baptism, spiritual gifts, or the end times, the companion explains the main views without picking one and suggests talking with your pastor. Faith Companion is not affiliated with any church or denomination.
How long do I have access?
Your plan and journal stay in your account. The AI features, the companion chat, journal prayers, and new plans, are included for 12 months from your purchase.
Can the AI be wrong?
Yes. It can misread a passage or miss context. Treat it as a study aid, check it against Scripture, and bring important questions to people you trust at church.
Is it a replacement for counseling or medical care?
No. It does not give medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice, and faith is never presented as a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis, call or text 988, or call 911.
Is my journal private?
Only you can see it in the app. To write prayers and answers, your entries and messages are sent to our AI provider. We never use them for advertising, and you can export or delete all of it from your account page.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser on your phone or computer. You sign in with a link sent to your email, so there is no password to remember.
What if it isn't for me?
Email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you.
Can teenagers use it?
No. Faith Companion is only for adults 18 and over.
The library, PDFs and your data
What is in the library?
21 guides and reading plans that come with your account: how to use the plan, the Bible from zero, a simple way to study any passage, the books of the Bible at a glance, ways to pray, Scripture for hard days, psalms for every season, questions to write about, keeping the habit, and two reading plans. They are written by AI, and every Bible passage in them is quoted from the Berean Standard Bible.
Can I download the content as PDF?
Yes. Every guide in the library has a PDF you can download and print. Your own 30-day plan also downloads as a PDF, with every passage, reflection, question and prayer, plus what you have written in your journal.
Do I lose the library when the 12 months end?
No. The 12 months apply to the features that run the AI: the companion chat, journal prayers, and new plans. Your plan, your journal and the library stay in your account, and the PDFs you downloaded are yours.
Can I read everything on my phone?
Yes. The plan, the journal, the companion and the library all open in your phone's browser. Nothing to install. The PDFs are there for when you want paper or want to read offline.
Can I get a new plan later?
Yes. When your season changes, or you have more or less time each day, ask for a new 30-day plan on any topic. New plans are part of the AI features included for 12 months.
What happens to what I write?
Your quiz answers, journal and messages are stored in your account and sent to our AI provider to write your plan, prayers and answers. They are never used for advertising. You can download all of it or delete your account from the Account page.

Faith Companion is a product of Insight Agência de Marketing LTDA, a company based in Brazil. It is not a church or a ministry, and it is not affiliated with any church, denomination, or Bible publisher.
